Not gain blasted. Our tubes are run at rated operating voltage. No inflated specs, no shortened lifespan. What is gain blasting?
Tubes are manufactured by CETC in Nanjing and sourced through QCNV, a CE/FCC-certified image intensifier manufacturer. Every unit is powered on and inspected before it ships. The data sheet reflects your tube's factory-measured specs from CETC, traceable to your serial number. We are a small operation and carry what we have. If you want to know what is in stock before committing, reach out before you order and we are happy to share what is on hand. See an example data sheet here. The values shown are the rated minimums from CETC. In practice, most tubes come in above the floor. The number on your sheet is what your tube actually measured, not the lowest acceptable result.

These are manufacturer-published specs for the PVS-14 lens set. Aspherical glass elements reduce aberration at the edge of the field, something you won't find in budget optics that use all-spherical designs.
Every unit is assembled here in Alabama from separately sourced components. Not a complete unit ordered in and forwarded. No warehouse in the middle.
Tube, housing, objective glass, and eyepiece all sourced as separate components. We choose what goes into each unit. Nothing arrives pre-assembled.
Tube seated, objective glass and eyepiece installed, housing fitted. All by hand in southeastern Alabama. Each unit built individually.
Housing nitrogen-purged before final seal. Done last, right before the unit closes for good.
